This area of Basel is quite beautiful and its a serene and comfortable place to enjoy a meal. I had the rosti with fried eggs - was debating between that and the rosti with raclette cheese and wish I'd chosen the latter instead. The meal was fine - nothing wrong with it, just a little bland and the eggs were fairly well done so there wasn't much yolk to mix in the with the rosti. I had a veal sausage on the side and it certainly is not among the best I've had in the city. The establishment itself is rather quaint inside and is a perfect example of the kind of beautiful experience that makes Basel and Switzerland such an amazing place to visit. ”
